Summary: When high school junior Natalie - or Dr. Aphrodite, as she calls herself when writing the relationship column for her school paper - is accused of knowing nothing about guys and giving girls bad relationship advice, she decides to investigate what guys really think and want. But the guys in her class won't give her straight or serious answers. The only solution? Disguising herself as a guy and spending a week at Underwood Academy, the private all-boy boarding school in town. There she learns a lot about guys and girls in ways she never expected - especially when she falls for her dreamy roommate, Emilio. How can she show him she likes him without blowing her cover?

My Thoughts: Well this book was hilarious! I was laughing my butt off the whole time and I even showed my friends the crazy thing these guys say and we were cracking up in class. This goes hand-in-hand with the 2006 movie She's The Man, staring Amanda Bynes and if you loved that movie you'll love this book and if you didn't like the movie....

Still read the book.

It's such a feel good novel. Its not exactly a fast paced read, even though its only 292 pages because you'll be really reading it, taking ever single page in. You can't go through this book without smiling. I love Jody's quirky writing style to it, which made it even more fantastic! Also, look at that cover, she has big beautiful eyes and then the mustache on the hand thing made it even crazier. I loved the fact the setting was in the theater. Not many books revolve around the theater.

Lets get to the crazy characters; Natalie, our main character. If I knew her in real like, lets just say we would have a blast. She's relatable, she's funny, she's nerdy. Then there is Chloe, she's somewhat of a bitch, in a good way. She's Natalie's best friend. And she cracked me up at the things she says. She's a little crazy, but, none-of-the-less, a great character. Darcy, ehhh, I really didn't like her, mainly because she was so quiet. Emilio, the sexy Emilio, what else can i say? He's hot! Summer is just a complete bitch. Bitch, bitch bitch. In a bad way. She was so annoying. Nat, Natalie's persona at the all boys school, is also very very funny, even though Nat and Natalie are the same people. But anyways, Jody hit it on the nail with the character development.

So I definitely recommend this book to anyone. No matter what genre you stick you, you must read this!

Here's a quote I found hilarious:  " Nope. Something much, much better." She smiles wickedly, reaches into her messenger bad, and pulls out an extra large pair of tube socks.
I laugh. "No!"
" Yes! Nat needs a bigger package."
"Oh my God," I groan, " I'm a junior in high school, not a porn star!"

I cracked up at that.So there it is.

I'm Out.
